Very sharp and sturdy...cuts through soft or crusty bread with ease...I'm able to cut very very thin bread slices which I prefer

Definitely the sharpest knife I’ve ever used. Effortlessly cuts through bagels. Just be careful because if you so much as touch the blade, it will cut you. Don’t ask me how I know.

Like butter! This knife need to be in your kitchen. If you like a good knife and have bread to cut, then you should buy this knife.

High quality and works well. It is expensive but it's worth it if you really need one.

The knife is very balanced and easily glides through just about anything without ripping or leaving a mess of crumbs!

Knife was attractive but handle was not one for someone with arthritis in their hands to use. It was difficult to hold on to and not as easy to use to cut bread. The product actually had difficulty with cutting the bottom crust. Returning the item apparently cost shipping charges so be ware.
