This knife came super fast, exactly my type of knife to work with, craftsmanship was on point.
I bought a small set of Wusthof knives and have been gradually adding to it. Love these knives.
I am very happy with these knives. Easy to use and sharp. I wash them by hand.
Bought for a Christmas gift for my husband. He loves it
I'm a home cook of 35 years, and I have used knives triple the price that can't hold a candle to this. My late husband was a classically trained chef for decades, and he would occasionally let me use his professional knives in which the most expensive one was almost $1,000. For a tenth of that price I have a chefs knife that is equally impressive with its versatility and capabilities. It is slightly weighty but has a comfortable and secure heft to it. The Razor sharpness blew my mind! I have used this daily for a few months now and the edge has not been affected whatsoever. It is SO sharp that I'm not comfortable with letting anyone else use it unless they are very experienced in the kitchen. I'm very happy with it, and I heartily recommend it to anyone who enjoys cooking.
Actually I did need stitches on my pinky in the ER, one careless evening in kitchen after 2 glasses of wine! This is absolutely the best knife I could ever own. My 8 inch knives where a bit unwieldy so I wasn't always using them. With this knife those others could rust! It feels comfortable and works like a surgical instrument. I use it EVERY time I prepare food, even sometimes when a paring knife might be better. Sometime, I even don't bother to switch knives when slicing a garlic clove.I've owned it for a couple of years and bought one for sister who also praises it ("impressive" was her one word text when she first used it). I have still only used the ceramic sharpening tool, even though it should occasionally need a full-sharpening.
I’ve used this knife at work for about 2 months now and it sees near daily use. I remember seeing a lot of reviews that this knife rusts, and I can tell you that it doesn’t. Just don’t be stupid, keep your knives out of the dishwasher, don’t leave them soaking in a sink, and wipe the blade off when you’re cutting things that are acidic. Blade holds up extremely well with repeated use, and it’s sharp. Get a honing rod to keep it sharp and you’ll be set.
What an amazing product! Sharpest knife I’ve ever owned
Very nice looking product with obvious quality which is what I expected. Bought it as a gift and felt it is a bit high in price, but is well known for quality.
I’m not sure this knife is legit. I have another of the exact knife that I purchased from Williams Sonoma that I hand wash as well, and it has not rusted. I am not happy that I spent so much on a knife of poor quality. I doubt it’s actually stainless steel at this point.
