I love this knife. It sounds silly but you can honestly cut faster with this and more accurately. It is super sharp. Arrived faster than it said it would.
Nice quality knife, good balance, edge retention, a perfect gift for a home chef that has (almost) everything. Much better feel and apparent quality than the one by the same manufacturer for a lower cost.
Nice Knife. Cuts like a dream. It’s pretty much my wife’s go to knife for meal prep
I bought this knife for my wife. She likes it. The handle is a good size for a woman’s hand. If it were for me, I would probably go for a Japanese model with a bigger grip (I use a 10” chef knife or a Chinese cleaver). One thing, Wusthof quality is always excellent.
This knife is a must have for vegetable prep. It has greatly increased my speed and precision with chopping and diving things such as onions, celery, peppers and the like. If you work a garmanger station or make a lot of veggy stuff at home, this thing rocks!
We have a collection of Wusthof knives - some are 30 years old - all are "Classic" series (as they are now called). Great edge, great balance, great time proven design. If the Classic shape does not fit you, they will have something that does.
Sharp, good weight distribution and balance. I expect to get many years use. Package was held up for six days at a Washington D.C. USPS distribution center (not seller's fault).
Great quality and sharpness like I expect from Wüsthof, and if you prefer to hold your knife on the blade just in front of the bolster between your index and thumb, this knife will feel great for you, as the knife is perfectly balanced in this position.
I cook a lot so I love a good sharp knife. this knife does that. it's to too heavy like a lot of knives comfortable to hold and slices very easily.
Excellent knife. Own one already. Working out of town for 18 months, so purchased another for the out of town home!
