Sharp out of the box. Shipped in a nice box - unexpected but a good plusCuts thru tough veg without effort. Pares potatoes and other root veg without issue. Seems to be holding its edge well.A replacement for my pride Chicago Cutlery paring knife, which finally gave up the ghost, and has a cracked plastic handle. This was the closest substitute without paying a fortune. Very nice price, handy, and had no issues since arrival. Edge was burr free, and felt very smooth. Test cut with a carrot was good -cut without issue, managed doing mid-stroke direction change without issue. Even the peelings were damp and clean.Very good knife - prob will buy another when the other CC knife meets its fate as its brother.
This knife is good value for the price. It appears well made; has a sharp blade; and fits nicely in the hand.
This knife is incredibly sharp, holds really well in my hands, and has a nice weight to it so it doesn't feel flimsy or like it'll just spin out of my hand. Much better than cheaper plastic handled knives that just don't hold up well.
Good material, solid, sharp, comfortable in the hand.
Surprisingly nice knife for the price. Sharp out of the box. Would prefer a butt bolster, but that's a personal preference. Would also prefer that the blade became thinner farther from the cutting edge. Otherwise, a good purchase. Great for veggies.I'm using this nakiri more than my chef knives.
super sharp blade but a bit small and the handle is rather heavy
Love this very sharp knife. Cuts everything with ease. Will cut you too if not careful. I have thin, small hands so this size is good for most things in the kitchen. I keep it separate from all other silverware so it stays sharp.
Recently I have purchased 6 different paring knives that wouldn't cut butter. I decided to spend more than I have been spending and came to Amazon to read reviews. I was excited and apprehensive today when my knife came. I've been so disappointed before. Not today! This knife is a dream come true! Trying to cut with my other recent purchases were like trying to cut through thick carpet with a pair of scissors! This Linorosa knife has no drag, but feels like you're sliding your hand down silk! It peels so easily I know I will never cut my hand! It was able to slice my potatoes so thin that they cooked in butter in less than 10 minutes and were yummy! I'm so so happy with this purchase, I'm buying another! Thank you to Linorosa for making a quality paring knife and thank you Amazon for. Selling it!
I Love This Paring Knife. It’s Perfect For What I Need It For. I Used It Today, And I Had A Easy Time Going Though My Vegetables.
A minor problem with the purchased knife was handled immediately and replaced seamlessly. Knife is well-designed, similar to expensive German cutlery.Highly recommend this company and product.
