  Best we have had and used and we have had “and tried” many. The weight, fit, and the ease of use. Cutting through a potato without holding it, effortless. Had no idea it can be like this. :). Highly recommended for those on the fence between the 20-30 buck knives. Pay the little extra in my opinion.

  Very sharp out of the package and good hand feel for a small knife. I’ve used it 7 or 8 times and it is still holding a good edge.

  Right out of the package the pairing knife comes sharp enough for use. This series of wüsthof is cheaper than their classic series but given the reputation of the brand I thought it would be razor sharp out of the box but it wasn't the case. Sharp enough to pass paper test but not sharp enough to shave hair. But overall does the job it's intended for i can peel kiwis and mangos easier than with my chef knife so I'm content with this purchase.

  Metal used is excellent. Not too soft and not too hard. That makes it easy to sharpen and hold the edge for a reasonable time.

  Like the knife. Have an issue with packaging with Amazon. They will not respond. Link for Wüsthof seller is invalid as there is a misspelling in the link. Can not confirm this is the legit manufacturer link as they claim.

  this works really well for small fruits, and i use it for my roma tomatoes. it struggled with onions and dicing. dont use it for that. very sharp

  This is a great little paring knife with the big flaw of the blade rusting within two weeks of use. I’ve never had a knife do this before. Very disappointed.
