    Yesterday I made ribs. I used this knife to cut them(raw) and it was as if the rib meat saw that blade coming and divided just before it touched them. That meat parted like the Red Sea.

    This knife is beautiful. Feels comfortable and balanced in the hand. Typical Wusthof edge. I'm not sure if I'd say it's worth double the amount the classic sells for but its definitely made with quality.

    I ordered a regular Wusthof Classic 8" chefs knife but instead received this one. At first I was upset thinking that I would be returning it. Then I held it and thought "wow". Since I was sending it back, anyway--I thought "might as well cut a few things..." Took about 3 cuts to decide to keep it. I have used very high end knives for many many years...never have I been as impressed with a Chef's knife like this one!

    I bought this knife about 2 years ago for my husband who is a chef by trade. He left it on top of my car one morning and after three transfer trucks and two sedans had run it over it is still the sharpest knife in our house. Also the lightest knife in the house. I know it's a bit pricey but definitely worth it.

    Lo sto usando tutti i giorni per tagli alle verdure acide e non. La lama risulta ancora perfetta, il manico è davvero eccezionale anche a mani bagnate di acqua o olio non perdete la presa. Per uso professionale in cucina è consigliato se volete qualcosa di davvero ben fatto.
