I use this product to debone chicken thighs. I end up with boneless chicken thighs and still have all ten fingers.

This is a small light weight knife with the ability to cut the most delicate fruit or vegetable, to butchering a whole deer.I have yet received this item but can't wait to get it.I have three of these little jewels as payment for butchering my husband's deer. Win win situation.

Neben diversen anderen hochwertigen Küchenmessern musste ein neues mit schmaler Klinge her für kleine Schnitte in Obst und Gemüse.Dieses Messer war das Einzige, das aufgrund der Abmessungen in Frage kam.Es liegt gut in der Hand (meine hat Handschuhgröße 10), wobei ich etwas stärker abgerundete Griffe bevorzuge, und ist, wie zu erwarten war, sehr scharf.Ob Kerngehäuse von Äpfeln und Birnen oder Stielansatz von Tomaten, alles lässt sich schnell und "materialsparend" ausschneiden.Die Haltbarkeit dürfte kein Problem sein, da meine Messer grundsätzlich nur von Hand gereinigt werden.
