Excellent knife. I have a number of matching Wustof knives that were given to me over the years, one each Christmas. I had one like this and thought it was lost. Since it was the one I used most often, I bought a replacement. Luckily, I later found it under the bottle brush behind the faucet - don't mind having two, though.I always wash these good knives by hand, rather than in the dishwasher. My process is wash, dry, sharpen with the sharpening stone. This keeps them sharp. Another tip, not specific to Wustof: I have two magnetic bars of the type used for tools attached to the cabinets on both sides of the sink. The wood on the magnetic bars is the same maple as my cabinets, so they look nice. The advantages of this are that the blades don't rub against anything else as in a wooden block or drawer, little people can't reach them, and the knives are always handy.
Holds an edge, easy to hone / sharpen, classic shape and design. Not cheap, but you do get what you pay for; quality.
Great paring knife - easy to handle, classic shape, very sharp, holds an edge. Can't go wrong with this.
Sharp out of the box and excellent balance
Works great, sharp, fells good in my hand.
Nice little knife for peeling, etc.
I did like the knife, one the world's best manufactures of knives. by I did have send it back, because it was not the size I am looking for in this brand, on Amazon.Do not hesitate to purchase this knife, if you are looking great quality prep knife.
The handle is weighed very nicely. Knife arrived very sharp. This is an addition to my set of Wusthof knives. Very happy.
I have about four paring knives and this one is my go to knife now.
I have used the Wusthof paring knife with hollow ground flutes for 20 years. They no longer make that one. This knife is ok but has a shorter handle and just doesn't feel the same. I epoxied the broken handle on my old knife and prefer it over this new one.
