This is an amazing knife! My son gave it to me for Christmas and I've been using it every day. The weight of it is good, and it is so sharp. It slices through vegetables and chocolate bars, etc with ease. It says dishwasher safe, but I hand wash and dry it since I use it so frequently. It's a pleasure to use. Highly recommended!

I bought this knife for my husband, who had complained that our current knives were dull and didn’t hold an edge. This knife solved those problems. It is razor sharp and excellent for slicing and dicing. He loves using it, as he does a lot of our cooking. I had it engraved with his name and that really pleased him, too. Great buy!
