Wusthof knives are SO much better than any other brand I've tried. Honestly, their sharpness and quality boggles my mind. I was thrilled to get this set of knives at a major discount on Prime Day. I already have some non-serrated Wusthof steak knives that cut thick steaks like butter, so I'm going to use these as general kitchen knives. Their larger size is perfect for multiple uses. I also recommend Wusthof's knife sharpener, which sharpens the knives at the specific (angle?) of the Wusthof knives. It's easy to use and helps my knives stay at optimum sharpness.
